Nestled in the heart of the New River Valley and conveniently located near I-81 is home to one of the Nation’s top rated rehabilitation centers for quality of service.
Highland Ridge Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art facility and was originally constructed in 1969 and acquired by Hill Valley Healthcare in 2019. In 2011, Highland Ridge underwent a renovation and expansion project that is now complete. The progressive skilled nursing facility has 132-beds with semi-private and private rooms. The Center provides short-term skilled nursing and a specialized rehabilitation program.
Choosing a Rehabilitation Center that offers you all of the comforts of home in a therapeutic stetting is important when planning where you will recover after surgery. That is why we have joined together with our community, medical professionals and property designers to give back. The rehab addition includes dedicated rehabilitation areas, as well as an activity room for arts, crafts, games, movies, and more. We are also pleased to share The Cornerstone Cafe where individuals and families can enjoy meals.
